Local Events
Through the cooperation of the Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce, Pacific Community Action Committee, and various other groups, Pacific hosts many enjoyable events in our community.
Fantasy Night (February)
The dinner and raffle event occurs every February. Half of the proceeds are donated to a local organization in an effort to better our community. Prior recipients include the Tri-County Senior Center, Pacific Youth Association, and Pacific High School Band Boosters. Sponsored by the Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce.
Car Cruise (June)
SummerFest is held on St. Louis Street in Old Town Pacific. The main attraction is a classic car "cruise" featuring over 600 historic vehicles. Booths with food and drinks, arts and crafts, as well as live music are available along the streets. Sponsored by the Pacific Community Action Committee (PCAC) and Tri-County Early Iron Car Club.
Fireworks Display (July)
Celebrate Independence Day with the City of Pacific during their annual Fireworks Display.
Railroad Days (August)
This festival is held in August to commemorate the city's railroad history. Railroad Days features a railroad theme with exhibits, historic photos, and vendors. Sponsored by the Pacific Community Action Committee (PCAC).
Spookfest (October)
This annual event has drawn over 2,000 children to Pacific City Park for Halloween. Local businesses and organizations set up booths and provide a safe trick-or-treat environment for the children in our community. Sponsored by the Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce.
Christmas on the Plaza (December)
Celebrate Christmas with us in Old Town Pacific during our community's winter social event. Sponsored by the Pacific Community Action Committee (PCAC).
